Will I know the price before I pay?
You can compare displayed hourly lesson prices and any packages offered on instructor profiles. Review your booking summary and the total, including applicable charges, before continuing to checkout.
What if I need to cancel or change a lesson?
Check the instructor's cancellation policy before booking. Use your account messages to discuss a change with your instructor. Cancellation fees, refund eligibility and timing depend on the applicable policy; free or instant refunds are not guaranteed.
How do I know which instructors to trust?
Public instructor profiles must go through Licinza's administrator review. Look at the verification status and teaching details on each profile, and read published learner feedback where available. Licinza's review is not an endorsement by the DVSA.
Do I have to buy a package or create an account straight away?
Start by sharing your preferences and exploring instructors. Choose a single lesson or a displayed block of hours if it suits you. You'll sign in or create an account when you're ready to continue with a booking; no payment is required to complete the preferences pop-up.
What if I can't find someone nearby?
Instructor choice and availability depend on your area and preferences. Get Started helps you explore suitable profiles. If there isn't a suitable option yet, try adjusting your preferences or contact the Licinza team rather than booking someone who doesn't fit.
